Our Areas of Expertise

With modern minimally invasive methods and state-of-the-art equipment, we prepare personalized, evidence-based treatment plans for each patient.

Sclerotherapy

Gold standard treatment for spider and medium-sized varicose veins. Sclerosant injection deactivates the faulty vein, leaving it to the body's natural absorption. Returning to work on the same day is possible.

Peripheral Artery Disease

High success is achieved with endovascular balloon angioplasty and stent procedures for symptoms such as walking pain, coldness, and wounds caused by narrowing and blockages in lower extremity arteries.

Vascular Occlusion & Bypass

In cases of advanced vascular occlusion due to atherosclerosis where angioplasty cannot be applied, bypass is planned using the saphenous vein or synthetic graft. The most suitable surgical method is selected based on the length and location of the occlusion.

Varicose Vein Treatment

A comprehensive evaluation is performed using Color Doppler Ultrasound for venous insufficiency and varicose veins. Sclerotherapy, EVLA (endovenous laser), classic surgical stripping, or combined methods are chosen as appropriate.

The appropriate method depends on the source of insufficiency, the diameter of the vein, and the stage of the disease. Following a detailed evaluation with color Doppler ultrasonography; sclerotherapy for light spider veins, EVLA or surgical stripping for medium-large varicose veins can be recommended.
It is performed with very thin needles; the pain felt is similar to a mosquito bite. A compression bandage is worn after the 30-45 minute procedure, and you can continue walking the same day. Permanent recovery is seen within 4-6 months.
Yes, genetic predisposition is one of the most important risk factors. It is critical for individuals with a family history of varicose veins to be evaluated with Doppler ultrasound before symptoms start for early-stage precautions.
Superficial varicose veins do not directly increase pulmonary embolism risk. Embolism risk is associated with DVT developing in deep veins. However, untreated advanced varicose veins can lead to superficial thrombophlebitis, causing additional issues.
No. For mild-to-moderate disease, medication and lifestyle changes may be sufficient. For severe narrowing or blockages, minimally invasive methods like balloon angioplasty and stenting are mostly applied without open surgery.
Previous ultrasound or angiography reports (if any), a list of medications you use, and documents related to your existing diseases are sufficient. Don't worry if no tests have been done before; the necessary evaluation can be performed within our clinic.
